Gina, Every time I look at your pic on a post I think WOW! So you are having a wow moment daily I joined a gym last week and this weekend I went into the pool and did some working out. It's a wow moment for me that I'm able to go there and not be so self conscious that I'm petrified. I'm almost to the point that I don't care that people are looking at me. I was able to walk on the treadmill for about 20 minutes...

Had a couple this week. First I made it under 200. Then I tried on my sister's size twelve misses pants and they fit. They where too short because she is four inches shorter than me but they fit. That was exciting. My sister has always been so much smaller than me. I think it kinda bothered her we are the same size. She could live with that I'm sure but it won't be long I will be smaller than her. And she might be upset about that. My Mom who has always stayed on me about losing weight said to me. Tina you don't need to lose fifty more pounds. My mouth dropped open I never thought I would hear those words out of her mouth. She's not mean about it she has just worried about me for so long. Congrads to you all. We had a family reunion saturday and my DH's daughter in law asked me if I was doing drugs because I have lost so much weight. I told her what I did. Also had alot of people that I looked good. Felt good to hear the compliments. Denise

Gina, hey girl!!!!!!!! I had a big WOW today. Jodi had said in one of her posts that she bought a size 6 so I thought I would go to wal mart and try on a pair of size 6 jeans and OH MY GOSH they fit and I can sit in them. So that is my wow moment for this week. I am so shocked I have not been in a size 6 jeans since I was in Highschool. I can't believe at 145 pounds I can wear a size 6 love ya, Chrissy

i had several....first I am weighing 146 officially confirmed today at my 6month post op appt. Yea me!!!! My surgeon said I was doing great!!!! My walmart brand jeans was just purchased in a 6, bypassed the 8. Gosh I am healthy and happy that is WOW enough for me. Jodi
