Crankiness...anyone have any?
Yes, moodiness is to be expected. The time frame varies but once I was able to have more "food" protein, scrambled eggs, etc. I felt much better. I didn'****ch TV b/c I'd been warned that early on all the food commericals would drive you crazy. I read alot but was surprised how often food is mentioned in books, also! It does get better and the more I got out whether walking outside or in stores, the better it became.
Keep the faith it gets better. At 10 months out I've got to say the surgery is one of the best things I've done for myself (and my family) in quite a while. I'm down to size 12 and feeling healthy!
