This may happen alot. Because you can't eat alot of bread and things of that nature you don't get enough fiber to keep you regular. I drink Diet V-8 Splash Fruit Medley it helps me go. And if I get really stopped up I use Phillips Milk of Magnese, it works everytime it is a saline based laxative so it doesn't cause cramps. Hope this has been helpful for you. Tina

I had problems with constipation until I was back on regular diet. My surgeon gave me a prescription for a stool softener and an enema. You might try Smooth Move tea also. It has a pleasant taste and can help. I really didn't like using the enema, but sometimes it got to be so bad, I just had to. Then after it worked like a charm, I wondered why I waited so long. You might also try some prune juice. Cathy G.

I had this problem too about the same time frame as you are in. I did drink some Phillips MOM and it helped. Personally there just is not a lot going in right now so little coming out. It will go away but do keep an eye on it and if you have some concerns call your surgeon. I do think what you are going through is normal at this stage. Jodi
