AND IT HURT LIKE HECK!!!!! LOL, I've had these little mini-wows that I never really felt the need to run and post about. You know, like the first time I could fit in some old shorts and the first time I could taste and be happy with one bite of something. BUT, today........boy did I WOW big time. I fell down my stairs, on my back end. I mean, one minute I'm walking all fine and the next...BAM......my feet are gone and my tail end is bouncing down the last 7 steps. OWWWWWWWWWWWWWW, I said, "WOW"....that really hurts without the 50 pounds of extra padding I used to have!!!! (Yes, I've done this before) I can't wait to move out of here....I really don't like those stairs!!! I sure hope all you are fairing better on this lovely day! Kendra

WOW and OW! That's funny that you've done it enough to know the extra weight helped pad it. LOL Moving?! Are you all PCSing? I'm sooo glad we don't have stairs. I'd have never made it up and down them

Hey Lin, we're "Retiring"....yeah. Hubby found a job still on Fort Polk with one of the contractors, so we're house hunting now. Number one on the top of my "wish" list is NO STAIRS!!!!!! Hope you're feeling better and getting that heartburn under control! Kendra

We take those WOW moments where we can get them, Kendra! I also fell last week and my husband commented on how quickly I get up compared to before. (Hello, my name is Patricia and I am a KLUTZ!!) I told him to lay on the ground and get up and then go tie a 50 lb bag of feed on his back and do the same thing. That's the difference. He said, "Wow, think how quickly you will get up when you lose all your weight!" I thought it was hilarious. He KNOWS I will fall again. But yeah, those WOW moments are precious! Patricia
