what happened to my profile.......

everthing has disappeared from my profile.. does anyone know what may have happened............................ Kateri

That can happen from time to time on every website. They suggest you make a backup copy and keep it on your personal computer. I back mine up and put it in a notebook file on my documents. I am sorry this happened to you.
