Medical Alert bracelet?

OK, my DH and son, an ER nurse, have convinced me to get a medical alert bracelet. Here's what I'm planning on it saying: RNY gastric bypass surgery No blind NG tube, No NSAIDS Must carry water Anyone know of anything else that should be on it? Thanks, Debbie

I didn't put anything about must carry water on mine, I did put my allergy info tho. Everything else you put is what is on mine.

I added my medical record number, from my medical insurance (Kaiser), so that my records could be obtained quickly. Kate
