SOOOO DISGUSTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hang in there girl, it will get better. Your body is just in a state of shock right now. I promise you will do better. I was doing only liquids for the first 6 weeks and could not understand why I had not lost more. I stalled at three weeks and even gained. Now I look back and laugh at myself. I was so worried, felt like a failure all the emotions that you go through while dieting. My surgeon told me to get rid of the scales and I would do much better. I didn't follow his advice on that one. Just follow your surgeons protocol and all will work out.
Take care,
Jodi
My weight loss is strange. I can go a month without losing an ounce then one day I'll step on the scales and have lost five to ten pounds. Then I'll go another month and not lose anything and for a couple of days lose big again. That's the way it's been for the six months since surgery. Right now I'm in the not losing time and it is frustrating. I'm going to do the protien plateau buster just as soon as we get home from vacation if I haven't lost again by then.
Keep your chin up! You will lose. The weight will come off and before you know it you'll be shopping all those sales racks.
