Cream Soups

I need some help guys.I am allowed to have cream soups at this stage of my post-op diet.Can someone give me some ideas on how to make some at home instead of buying the can purchased kind.I hear they have chicken creamed soup and potato cream soup.Could someone please give me some recipes?thanks..

Javon, I just got the Campbells brand ones. The ones I got were Cream of Chicken, cream of potatoe but I got all the ptatoes out of it. as far as home made ones I did make some cream of potatoe soup. all it is real mashed potatoes cooked the way you cook them but I used light butter, and 1% milk, after you cook the mashed potatoes put them in a big pot and add enough milk to the pot to make the amount you want and add a bit more butter too.
