sublingual b-12

My surgery is wednesday and I need to still get the sublingual B-12.Could someone please tell me where they found this item.Thanks...

You can get them at several places. Wal-mart has the little strips that dissolve on your tongue but you have to use five of them a day. Or wal-mart has the liquid drops just drop them under your tongue and hold it there for a few minutes. I prefer the ones at Bariatric Advantage. You get 30 for like 8 dollars and you take one a day. They have it everywhere... Walmart, Vitamin Shoppe, GNC...just pay attention to the mg and ask you doctor how many you should get per day. Good luck w/ your surgery!
