I wanted to tell you that I have joined a group on my fitness pal that is called Eat More to Weigh Less and since I have upped my calories I have lost a little each day. They told me to expect to gain at first but so far no go. I hope it stays that way, but I have only been doing it for 3 days. I have also started a strength building program and am doing it 3 days a week an cardio one day, although I have to do at least five minutes of cardio a day. :)

Accountability with all its good intents and purposes when out the window. Restriction was going good for a hot minute and then left, along with my determination and motivation. It is so hard to stay on track. I am so sorry that I let myself get off base.
No I haven't given up but its been rough.
Once again I'm trying to get back on track. If you are wondering if the protein drinks helped keep hunger down, they did. I quit them and started wondering why I'm so hungry not just greedy.
Getting back to what helped you to lose is much harder to master once you've gone back to old bad ways. I am working on it. Gained additional weight and have no one to blame except myself. Back when I was a newbie, I thought how in the world can they regain. Easy if you start, little by little doing the things that got you overweight in the first place.
I wish all of you success and really need to work on myself. Take care all.

Morning - 20 oz coffee, creamer and sf syrup, 16 oz water
Afternoon - 1 boiled egg, 2 cups salad mix w/croutons, 2 slices of tomato, garlic caesar dressomg, avocado, pepperoni stick, cheese stick
Evening - 2 mugs of coffee, creamer, 2 pkgs splenda, chicken taco, salsa.
Snack - pear
Today was much cooler. Hope the weather was nice in your area.

Afternoon - mango, salad w/cheese and croutons, boiled egg
Evening - 3 fried chicken wings, mixed nuts, 10 ginger snaps, peach flavored tea.

Posting a day late but here is what I ate.
Morning - coffee, creamer
Afternoon - powerade zero 32 oz, 1/4 cup fat free turkey w miracle whip, 5 yogurt pretzels,
10 ginger shaps, 1 boiled eggs, 15 flax seed chips, fried okra.
Evening - pizza and salad, peach flavored water.

Evening All,
Cardio:
Gardening is my morning exercise but I do plan to get back on the treadmill too.
Cafe:
Morning - coffee, creamer and sf syrup
Afternoon - 3 pcs fish, baked potato, 1/4 cup white beans, a hush puppy
Evening - mixed nuts, qt peach flavored cold tea, 32 oz powerade zero
The weekend is almost over and then I can get back to a better routine.

Evening All,
Cardio: It stormed this morning but I did a little cleaning, a little gardening and a lot of worrying.
Cafe:
Morning - Coffee w/creamer and sugarfree syrup
One sausage patty
Afternoon - Garden salad w/98% fat-free turkey, cheese, onion and fat-free ranch dressing
Powerade zero
Evening - Pizza (DH is on a homemade pizza kick, he is making them) Yeah I live with a sabatore
Cinnamon Quest Bar, pear, peach flavored tea.
Hope all of you ate what you planned.

It is very hot here in KY. Have to get up early to water flowers and work and water garden.
Cardio - Working in garden
Cafe - Morning - 3 cups of coffee w/creamer and equal, 2 poached eggs, toast, jelly, grits and ham
Afternoon - 32 oz powerade zero, pear, beef flavored cup of soup, pita chips and guacamole
Night - Peach flavored tea, unsure about the rest. It would be good to do nothing.
