Good Morning,
Tornado warnings and thunder storms keep me on alert but still trying to keep on track.  Getting back to a routine.  Carbs are still high, haven't did a recent weight check and haven't exercised.  First plan for today is drinking my first quart of water to start the day.  Hope you have a plan you are going to follow too.

Not enough?  Well not enough of the right things.  Had a protein shake on the menu, water and did not get them in.  Been wanting snack foods.  Not meals.  Water has gone missing.  Getting out of my routine really derails me.
With that out in the open, I am trying to put little stressors behind or eating carrots and lettuce for stress not cookies and chips.

Stress is not my friend.  A long time friend is in the hospital, possibly with the big C.  Feeling sad for the family right now.  Did I stress and comfort eat, YES.  This is what I ate yesterday, what about you?
Hope your week goes well.  I did take my vitamins and work in the yard planting and mulching.  In the rain.  It helped.

Have You Missed Me?  Well I'm back anyway.  Kids are leaving today so I will be able to get back into my routine.  Company can wreck a new way of life.  Cooking foods you don't normally have in the house.  All went fairly well. 
Today is Friday and the start of weekend dangers.  Hope all will try to make alternative plans in case of excess exposure to the four letter word.  Food.  Watch out for overindulgence.  How did you do yesterday?  Here's what I ate.

Did well yesterday, what about you.  Then came midnight. Had a craving for chips and they were in the house so I ate the last of the chessy rippled chips.

If that is a state insurance like medicaid yes you do have to do 6 months and yes it sould look on line under ky acess hope this helps because this forum not helpful go under lap band forum on here that what I do good luck

Did a lot of walking in the ministry yesterday making sure all in the area got an invitation to our annual memorial of Jesus death to be held on April 17th after sundown worldwide by Jehovah's Witnesses.  I'll count it as my exercise.  Worked up an appetite but did not get snacky until arund 11 pm.  What wes your day like?  Did you get stressed and eat a little or a little less?  Our you taking your vitamins?  It really does help with curbing the appetite in my case.  Here's what I ate.  What about you?
