Also, my Dr (Dr John Oldham) didn't prescirbe a PPI for post op. Is that normal? (I am having VSG) I thought most people got a PPI. Hmmm.

Having survived the weekend I now am a proud owner of P90X. Yes I am determined to get upper body strength, tighten up this old flab and reach my goal weight by November.
