Topic: Surgery 6/6/11
7 days away... and I am shaking in my super cute summer time sandals! I am trying to be positive but I am scared!  Any advice for these jitters? They seem to be getting worse the closer I get to surgery?!?!

Also, my Dr (Dr John Oldham) didn't prescirbe a PPI for post op. Is that normal? (I am having VSG) I thought most people got a PPI. Hmmm.

Ok guys, I know I don't check in enough on OH but I do appreciate all the warm wishes in my mailbox!! thank you :)

Thanks for stopping in.  Wishing you the best of success whenever you do get VSG.  Board is slow but you can make use of it as you needl  No worry about venting and getting negative feed back because many just look.  It has proved to be good for me just to keep track of my own actions.  Waiting might be hard but oh how good the satisfaction of successful weight loss.

Opps I forgot to post.  I did journal but got busy and did not transfer the entry.  Wednesday went well for me.  Hope you can say the same.  Thought about doing the Extreme Fat Smash Diet but need to get my mindset to exercising more before I tackle that project.  Did quite a bit of walking since it was pretty nice outside.  My garden is looking good with all this rain, so I planted additional green beans.  Planning to get on treadmill today, drink my water and take my vitamins.  Working on keeping protein up too.  What about you?
