wow Z I bet you have been busy...
I'm pretty hasppy with where I am.. I'd like to loose 20 more but im not gaining so its all good!! Shina thinks this is where my body is happy so Im not complaining!! 
  I hadn't looked at this board since right after Chicago I guess.. I decided I needed to come back and see if I could get some good habits back.. Like exercising more!! I hate to sweat!! ughh!! 
  So have u got updated pictures? let's see how gorgeous u are now!

Well yesterday I did the big no no.  Was tired and hungry.  Just wanted to snack.  So I got in the bed with my laptop and then the trouble began.  Retrieved a peppermint patty from the freezer.  Thought it would settle me down.  That was no good.  Got the box of chicken flavored crackers.  Yeah the box. My mind knows that only 27 crackers are a serving so, God is Good.  I only ate my limit.  Eating them was not smart but not keeping track would have been worse.  Self control did help me not sabatoge myself.  I know my wls will work for me if I work with it.  Here's what I ate Monday.

Ok so I ate a little too much.  Along with the calories, my protein was up too so I'm not stressed anymore.  Getting back into a better eating routine.  I want to lose five pounds this month.  It is not a big goal but it will be progress.

Sorry I haven't posted but things will be up and running.  The grandkids go home today.  Haven't taken time to log on between cooking 3 meals a day, cleaning the pool daily, washing all the towels and swim suits.  Answering the crys of GRANDMA, can I and GRANDMA do u have any more and GRANDMA, you get the picture.  Take care and stay on the path you're on. 
I love my garden.  Got green beans yesterday.  Yours is just waiting for you.
