I'm pretty hasppy with where I am.. I'd like to loose 20 more but im not gaining so its all good!! Shina thinks this is where my body is happy so Im not complaining!!
I hadn't looked at this board since right after Chicago I guess.. I decided I needed to come back and see if I could get some good habits back.. Like exercising more!! I hate to sweat!! ughh!!

June is coming to an end. Have you set goals for July? Why not start by making a list of all the things you want to accomplish then pick a few that you plan to do in July. Its a small goal to a lifetime of success. Just a suggestion.
