My friend had Dr.Sandborn on Ft. Campbell and she loves him. She is no longer stationed there but still sings his praises.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to the party. My son has a Boy Scouts activity that day and the next day I have a very early flight to California for work. I hope everyone has a great time though!

I am going to the Buffalo Night Dinner this Sat. Oct. 17 (5-9) in Prestonsburg.
Anyone interested in meeting up?
Cost is $17.99 per person.........they usually give a bypass discount with the card.....it is buffet style and drink is included.
Also having 2 live bands..........one plays at 5 and the other at 7. I have no clue who they are.
Has anyone out there eaten buffalo before?
Is it good?
And the big ?, How much Protein does it have? LOL

Kind of late for this post but my Monday Positive was my first day back to work on Regular Duty! Back inside the walls! YEAH.
Also got a lot of walking in - I am guessing about 3 miles!
