Happy Birthday.  My 4 year New Birthday is this Saturday.  It's so hard to believe it's already been 4 years.  I am facing the big 50in April.  I want a big celebration.  I am so happy where I am now.  I too have had some weight gain but I also have had a complete hysterectomy and at my lowest weight of 150 that was too low.  I felt the best at 165 so I am about 13lbs where I want to be. 

It is so cold in N Ky.  I am on fall break from work.  Have so much I want to do but  I am enjoying
not doing much. I am heading outside and bringing in some firewood for a big fire tonight in the fireplace.

I agree Jane the drive is not to bad at all. On the way home we must have seen 10 deer eating on the side of the road and it seemed like every 2 miles there were police with radar guns 
I was so surprised that I had something stuck in there 2 weeks ago( I still haven't any idea what it could have been) but as soon as he removed the fluid and once we got back to Erlanger and I ate chicken noodle soup for lunch and mashed potatos for dinner I felt a million times better till the next day when I had a 103.7 temperature and had to go to urgent care and found out that I also had swine flu on top of my band being unfilled I guess it just wasn't my week no biggie.
After my fill last night I wasn't thinking and taste tested some spaghetti recipe(I went back to the normal post fill diet this morning though it was an accident) my mom found in cooking light magazine and it moved through my band with no problems so I think I am fixed.

i lived in Modesto. I love the slower pace. this is  a great place to raise kids. I love it here. THank ou all very much for the help.
