Life is strange and so am I.  Got up this morning and prepared to exercise.  Did everything but.  Starting cleaning house and other things that could wait.  However I did take my vitamins and drink a little water.   Had my morning coffee.  Ate numerous things today but very protein negative.  Worked in the yard trimming bushes and raking leaves.  That's the extent of my exercise.  Hope all of you had a great Saturday and since it's not over I hope you continue to do positive things.  Here's what I ate today.

Ok we have survived another week.  No weight loss? Well all I can say is critique what you have done this week.  Streamline your choices.  Think u have done it all?  Did do it again and pay strick attention to what you put in your mouth.  Sometimes I have to stop and tell myself  "quit lying".  It's true I have in the past not ate enough to allow weight loss.  But that is definitely in the past. Good Morning.
Dealing with a few stressors.  Why do I choose to not exercise during this time?  I don't know but trying to work myself up to doing a little something.  I am eating a few things that will be eliminated soon.  Must say they don't taste a good as I thought since not eating them.  The biscuit was ok but really not worth the carbs.  Here's today' s menu less dinner as I have not decided.
