 Got so busy yesterday, forgot to post.  Had a good day too. But today is another day.  I got up early and did 20 minutes on the treadmill and got dinner started.  Took my vitamins this morning and been drinking my water so everything seems ok.

Evening All,
Only 8oz of plain water but had plenty of flavored.  Vitamins taken.  I will do better with jus****er soon.  Had a really great food day.  Exercise is poor as only 15 minutes on the treadmill again. This too will pass.  Hope all of you had a great day too.

Hope all are well and planning with success in view. Did a little cardio, 15 minutes on the treadmill. Vitamins are taken and working on water. Coffee is a staple. Still haven't gotten all the bad stuff out of the house yet but I plan to give some of my candy stash away today.

To thy ownself be true. This time around I'm going to keep it real by not sabatoging myself with too low caloric intake then flip flopping and going too high. Going to try to keep my band at a workable fill. I want to be able to eat salads and still be tight enough to curb food consumption. My new plan will call for additional thought processing on my part. They did not promise me my band came with a brain so guess I'll have to use my own. Take care and have a great day.

 I am so glad you are back.  I was worried about you when I didn't see a week's worth of posts from you.  I may join you in this after I get my remodeling done.  They are coming Thursday to lay new carpet in two of my rooms and then hard wood flooring in my living room and hallway will start on Monday then luxury vinyl in my kitchen and dinning room and my baths are going to have just regular vinyl so needless to say I am moving a lot of junk around.   After they finish that I have to get my painting done and I will be in business.

 I have not had the surgery yet, but plan on using this doctor when I do.  He has been recommended to me by many people that have had surgery and 3 bariatric surgeons, plus other doctors.

Dr. Stephen Schantz he is in Lexington, so may be a little futher than you want to travel.  I will be traveling about 3 hours to see him when I lose a few more pounds.   The link to his site is below.

Topic: RE: Lap band removal
 Sorry I have not checked in here in several days.  I had my band removed on January 24, 2011 and revised to the RNY and couldn't be happier.  I had my port replaced in 2009 after the NP punctured it and I was always too loose or too tight.  I am thankful for the experience with the band because I am sure that it helped me to eat right now.  

I would have my band removed even earlier if I had not been scared of the RNY.  I'd go for it.

I am moving to the Louisville area soon and need to have plastic surgery after losing 125 lbs with gastric bypass surgery. Can anyone tell me who they had and were happy with?? Thanks
