Not to mention learn alot of new things!~ I commend them for doing this event and havong so many Dr in attendance! The food was great...the DJ was really awesome and it was nice to see so many of the staff show up and support us as well! Topic: Been away a while! Reintroduction and daily menu question??
Hi everyone! I feel like I should just re-introduce myself. It has been quite a while since posting.
My journey started out pretty rough. I had bowel obstruction surgery 1 week post-op, and have had 2 EGDs for a tight stricture, and have a moderate ulcer..... BUT
I still don't regret having my surgery! I am just over 4 months post-op and closing in on the 100 lb lost mark! I am hovering around 95-96 lbs lost at the moment. I can't believe it!
So here is my concern/question: Due to my stricture and not being able to eat properly for a while, I feel like my understanding of what a normal daily diet should look like. Is anyone willing to share a typical daily menu?
Thanks!
Jennifer

Topic: RE: White Chicken Chili
I love chicken chili but without papaya tablest or gas-x, I steer clear of it. Gas is not my friend.

Topic: White Chicken Chili
Good news! White chicken chili is back at Mark's Feed Store! Lot's of beans, chicken & protein.
(Hey, we gotta talk about something here) A cup get's me through 2 meals and with a small salad, it's a great value. Just thought I'd pass along the word for those who may have missed having it over the summer- it's back.
