Sneaky little lurker. I like your style.
When I went to the Dr. yesterday, I had gained 6 lbs. I know that doesn't sound like a lot but I don't want it to start creeping up on me.
Any suggestions for dropping those pounds fast?
I know I need to exercise and stay away from the desserts!!!!! Other than that, any 2-3 day "fixes" or meal plans you guys stick to in effort to get back down?

Hope to feel better after having it removed. He is also doing an upper GI to check the status of my ulcers....yes....I have ulcers too!
I have been having gall bladder issues for the past 3 months too....and that is no fun either.
