Carbs gone wild but calories doing well. Protein is down today but I am full. I will work on protein tomorrow. Vitamins taken and working on water. Need some exercise too. Here's my menu:

Trying something new. Yeah again. I am going to post my food and then later post it after calculating it on fitday.com. Just a little exercise to see if I am lying to myself. You might try it too. Here goes:

There is a doctor's office in Lexington that loves to slander his name and these posts were more than likely started by them, they have been known to do that and caught. One of Dr. Sonnanstine's patients that got angry because he left Georgetown or even a patients family member.
People need to get a life and quit trying to destroy everyone else's. As for me I will follow Dr. S to the ends of the earth if needed because he is that good.
