Topic: 6 years out still a success
I havent been on here for so long.  I just wanted to pop in to let you new patients know there are patients that have done wonderful. When I started my process in 1995 there wasnt alot of great success stories.  All I heard was those that failed.  It was so frustrating.  So has it been a breeze?  Was it a magic cure?  The answere is no.  I will be 52 years on in April.  I work now with special needs children.  I have a very physical day.  My weight started at 311.  My lowest is 150 which was not good my ideal weight 170 has me in a size 10.  I am currently at 180 so 10lbs is all I would like to lose.  It feels wonderful that I am not looking at 100plus lbs.  I just want to let you all know it is so worth it.  I hate that phrase it's gone for good because in a split second 50 lbs are back on and you have to lose it the same as everyone else .  Good luck and don't ever give up.

Topic: Accountability - Saturaday 12/31/11
  I am back.  Really back.  Went to that bad place.  Ate like the food had no calories, like I did not have wls and  would not gain weight.  The small amount of fluid in my band is not  helping right now.  The burden is on me to work harder.
This year is on its way out and my new year with new plans is on its way in.  Hope all of you plan to join all of me in being more accountable in 2012. 
Accountability covers more than what we put in our mouth.  It takes work in all areas of our life to reap good results. 
Pray and work for good results in 2012.  Take care and make wise and informed decisions.

 He has not moved all over the place, he is in his dream job now and I expect he will be staying there for a long while.  

There is a doctor's office in Lexington that loves to slander his name and these posts were more than likely started by them, they have been known to do that and caught. One of Dr. Sonnanstine's patients that got angry because he left Georgetown or even a patients family member.  

People need to get a life and quit trying to destroy everyone else's.  As for me I will follow Dr. S to the ends of the earth if needed because he is that good.
