Well Ihad a great day until my hubby wanted to go to the movies..UGH.. I just CAN"T stay away from the popcorn!!!!

L 2oz pastrami
1/2 c cottage cheese
S 1 oz beef jerky

Then felt guilty and mad at myself!! grrrrr

Topic: Physicians Warning for KY DS group!!!!!
It has been brought to my attention that we should take a prophylactic dose of ibuprofen before we hit the slopes tomorrow. Especially for those of us girls in the over 40 range.

Happy Friday Everyone.
chili, 3 crackers, shred cheese w/ franks red hot ..b-fast
nut mix 1/2 cup for snack
repeat bfast for lunch
couple of pretzel crisps
need some more water and one last vitamins before the night is over.
no excercise... going at 8:00 tomorrow morn.

Topic: Meet and Walk ?????
Trying to get motivated to start walking again.
I know it has been really cold out, but am thinking of walking at least 3 evenings a week after work....if the temp is above 45!! lol
It would be easy for me to walk at the college in Prestonsburg.
Anyone out there interested in meeting to walk? I am good with any evenings but am thinking a M-W-F or Tu-Th-Sa schedule.

Congratulations.
I will be 2 years out in Feb. and I get about 1100-1200 cal a day.
I'd check with the nutritionist to see what they recommend for you.
If you are breastfeeding, you may need more. If that is the case, then I'd focus on increasing exercise time.

L: Chinese - Kung Pao Chicken, 1/2 egg roll, 1 wonton, cottage cheese with 2 melon cubes
D Cup homemade chili, 6 Zesta Crackers, 1 slice of cheese
S: Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese
Exercise: 4 hrs. of self-defense training at work

all good, chili, chicken, sushi... water, vitamins, step/weight combo class. very good and a big check... Reeses cups... bad.bad.bad They are not orange, but in an orange package. I think that is my least favorite color.

Thursday went to the gym and did 30 minutes on elliptical and another 15 on the walking track
B: turkey Sausage
1/2 c egg beaters w slice of cheese
L 1/2 c cottage cheese
2 oz pastrami
1oz lf pretzels
D: 1 hotdog, no bun
1/2 cup baked beans
will have some snack tonight but don't know what yet
