I am here...need to be eating better. did not eat enough today...but trying to do much better with supper.
Leslie....I wanted dumping but NOOOOO. I did not get that I just get sleepy. I do realize that is a form of dumping....but I wanted the other. Drats!

lunch 1/4 cup peas
yogurt- carb master
snack:
20 oz 1 shot, 2% milk latte, with 2 splenda
dinner: chicken, green beans and spinach.
evening snack::: cheese?

It's 11:00 and I've done great so far today (sometimes you have to celebrate even the small victories!).
B: Dannon Light & Fit smoothie (70 cal, 4g protein)
Detour protein bar (180 cal, 15g protein) - eaten 30 minutes after I drank the smoothie
L: Greek yogurt (130 cal, 13g protein)
2 Wheat Thins flatbread crackers (60 cal, 1g protein)
1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge (50 cal, 2g protein)
That puts my calories at 490 and my protein at 34 before I leave work at 5:00. I've been struggling with eating too much at night. If anyone has any good strategies to combat that, I'm all ears!
I am facing lots of temptations at work. A co-worker has brought in 4 bags of homemade candies! I have sampled one of each already and am dumping.........I have got to do better.
Here is my plan for the day:
B: Coffee, coffee, and more coffee
L: Not sure what is on the menu yet....I am eating at work.
S: Deli Chicken slices and a slice of pepper jack cheese
D: Roast pork and veggies (it is in the slow roaster today)
S: ????? Something other than carbs and sugar!
Exercise: Not planning on it today. Got to clean up outside my house......and burning boxes....I have tons left over from the holidays that I have got to get rid of.
And taking my old wedding dress to the cleaners. Planning on selling it.....may use a consignment store for that.
I really need to get back on track. I know what I need to do but I have such a hard time doing it. Why is that? I am blaming the cold weather and winter months.
Yesterday was mostly good. Only a little bit of sugar... stupid kisses and m&ms. Why do people leave them laying around? I didn't work out yesterday. It was my monthly Bunco. I actually won two prizes yesterday. Woo Hoo!
Today is a new day. I have my morning protein and vitamins already in. The rest of my days vitamins laid out on my desk at work. Working out at the Y after work.

I do have a wider range now, but I fall back to chili-meat almost everyday. I just had some for b-fast again today. It is my comfort food. Hoping I don't grow weary of it.
