Wishing everyone a wonderful Friday and upcoming weekend.
I will be working a different post for a week beginning Sunday evening. I kind of look forward to it. I will be on evening watch and will get to sleep late in the mornings :)
Todays Intake:
B: Egg McMuffin, unsweet tea
S: 1 slice sausage, 4 saltine crackers
L: 1 steak taco
S: ???? Coffee Probably
D: Planning on BBQ chicken tenders and a side of peas
S: ??? Don't know yet but I know I will have one! lol
EXERCISE: Walking if it isn't raining.
I just wish I wasn't only 4 days post op..so I knew what size to expect to wear before my trip to Florida this summer. HMMMM
I guess I could buy 1 of everything..lol
I have several new outfits for this year now! I even bought a bathing suit.......regularly priced at $86 and I only paid $4.01!

Hey... so hard to get back on this board everyday... Yesterday was all good on everything, good protein food,water,protein shake,vitamins,ymca.. but ... a hersheys bar too. I just hate that I had it. However, today is a new day. I know I worked it off, but I would have like to worked off some of the fat left on my body.
Yes.. I wished I dumped too. I have a few side effects, but nothing that stops me from sugar. Never a big quantity like before. There, I said something positive.

They did not seem too bad to me for a treat....what do you all think? They are pretty tasty!
