B: less than 1/2 of an egg mcmuffin, unsweet tea
L: 5 deli chicken slices, slice of cheese, 4 banana pepper rings, and 2 slices of bread
S: 2 baby carrots and a handful of salt and vinegar chips with ranch dressing
D: 4 cheese ravioli's with meat sauce, few bites of caesar salad
S: Same as dinner!
S2: Coffee and more coffe
I am working until midnight this week so have got to have the caffeine to keep me awake! lol
I am also counting my climb up the tower as my exercise.......7 stories of stairs!

Definitely go to another surgeon. I don't know what is going on with Dr. Shina, but he always seems to be too busy to really take time to talk. Then again, maybe that is just his way. He is one of those doctors you either like or you don't. And sometimes you start out liking him and can end up with someone else. His behaviour in your situation is really uncalled for. I think there are times he picks and chooses who he wants based on the experiences you have with him. Until there is a time that he treats me the way he treated you, I will continue with my aftercare (March 17th next visit). But if he had treated me the way he treated you, I would find someone else. Believe me, I came close to doing just that when he didn't believe how sick I was until he discovered my pouch was almost closed and it shocked him. Now he treats me better, but still nothing to brag about. I'm just another patient. I am happy I had the surgery and I am feeling good about the weight I've lost, but I may never get to goal, but I don't care. If I feel good, that should be enough. And if I keep it off, that should be good enough too.

I know you can do it girl! You are a strong person and have resolve. Keep the faith. I'll be checking in to see your progress. I am attempting to stay where I am at the moment and enjoy the wardrobe I have in my closet. I'm sure my body won't agree, but I am being good. I have just increased my food intake to 5 small meals a day. Of course, with the exercise I am doing, I still lost 3 pounds last week and some of the clothes are getting big on me. Oh well, I'll just go out and look for more. That part is fun! (again)
