Hi, Dana! I did not get to make it to Suburban this past Thursday night. Didn't have my best week- I think it was the oncoming full moon and the snowy weather that made my students so hyper! Planning on taking a personal day this Friday so I might be up for the "Dance" group this Thursday night. Sounds like fun! I'll get back to ya! Have a great week!

congrats on the date. I too am going to SJH east and have chosen Dr. Steiner as my surgeon. I went to the seminar last monday and filled out all the necessary paperwork that night. How long did you have to wait from the time the paperwork was submitted to the insurance approval?

Very white here in Prestonsburg. 6 inches at my house already. The roads are better today than they were last night. I am working again this evening and hoping I do not have to pull a double shift.

If you are in the state of mind that this is it you want to do what it takes to lose weight, I do not see how you can fail at this. If you PCP will not support you in your decision, you might want to rethink do I really want a Dr that can not support my well being????? Its going to be a journey and I will tell you the first leg of getting the stuff together for approval is not a walk in the park, but well worth the journey I can truly say this is the best thing I did for myself
