All went well until I found fudge in the fridge.  I don't really eat fudge but I did today.  Drank my water and forgot my vitamins but they will be taken shortly.  Thinking strongly about doing the lemonade diet before vacation.  Here's what I ate today.

Do you do VSG?  My insurance covers it, but I am having difficulty finding a surgeon who does it.

Got another day planned.  Seems whenever my calories are reduced I get night cravings.  If I hold off satisfying that craving until bedtime it goes well.  Maybe this will work for you too.  Here's my plan for today.  Of course vitamins are to be taken, protein first and water consumed.

 I know you have to eat right and also exercise and I did both of those things.  My band failed me but I do believe it was mainly because of the doctor that had an incompetent ARNP.  The woman was so dumb she tried to send me for an upper GI to see if my port was leaking.  Thankfully I have enough medical sense to know it wouldn't show it and called the main office.
