The beauty of a woman is not seen through what she wears. It is seen through how she carries herself and the way she doesn’t allow herself to settle. Don’t ever let anyone take for granted the beauty that is within you. Stand firm and know that you’re a wonderful person. Always remember your value and respect yourself. I’m so blessed to have you in my life. Sometimes we all need to be reminded how special we really are!
Each day will get easier. It is a learning process.
The end of this month makes my 2 yr. mark and I still eat things on occassion that make me sick....even when I know it is going to! Go figure.
Remember : Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!!!!!

I can't stress enough to take advantage of what is there for you at Gtown and with Dr. Sonnanstine and staff. they are here for you and will always be. If you are struggling make a phone call to the center and talk with someone..see if you can join in a support group or hook up with a support buddy- they did have an online support group, do they still?. You are doing great, the weight loss is awesome!!! Remember you are doing this for you! This time of year is hard enough as it is..it stinks when you can't get out and enjoy a walk or a drive..I personally am going crazy right now with Cabin fever, I'm doing my best not to get down in the dumps..
And I know for a fact Dr. Sonnanstine appreciates his patients just as much as they appreciate him..he loves his job!
I just wanted to add that I am from Hodgenville originally, which is just 15 minutes from Elizabethtown. I think E-town is a nice town and would be a good place to live and raise a family. Radcliff definitely has a different "vibe" and seems to be a little seedier for lack of a better word. I know that when we drive through the Ft. Knox/Radcliffe area, there are a lot of strip clubs and that kind of thing on the main street there (Dixie Highway).
If I had to choose to live in Radcliffe, Ft. Knox, or E-town, I would definitely go with E-town.
Candace,
There are lots of good schools in the area...I work for Hardin Co schools, in the high school...but both my children have gone through schools here. (my daughter is in college, my son is a junior @ the same high school where I teach) It's hard to tell you about the schools without not knowing where you will buy a house, because the school your son will attend will depend on where you buy/rent. There are lots of different type subdivisions, some more established with space between houses, some smaller subdivisions with houses close together, etc....I dont thing you will have trouble finding something you like...the cost of living is much lower here than in DC so you will get more for your $$, that's for sure.
As for stores, we have a mall that has GAP, Belk, JCPenny's, Sears, Victoria Secret, Aeropostale, American Eagle...and a strip mall with TJMaxx, Old Navy, Lane Bryant, etc...:-) We don't have a Ross...but L'ville is only 45 minutes away & they have everything!!!!
Well, I better go for now...keep asking ?'s & I'll try to answer...I'll send you a friend request so you can e-mail me @ my home addres...that would probably be easier...take care!
...What do you think about the area elementary schools? I have a 5 year old who will be in first grade next year...I'd LOVE to hear someone's thoughts on the different elementaries in the area!
What kind of stores are in E-town? Is there a TJ Maxx or Ross (I'm thinking about all the dress sizes I'll be going through so quickly!ha!)
...are the homes mostly in developments/neighborhoods or is there a lot of space between houses?
I'm REALLY excited to get there and call it home for several years; I've never been and will not get to see it before we move, but I'm excited for the chance to get out of DC...not that there is anything wrong with DC--I just want more open space. :)
