Topic: 2 year surgiversary update
It has been 2 yrs. since my RNY.
A few downs and a lot of ups!
Weight is still stable ranging from 139-142. I weigh at least 3 times a week.
Getting enough exercise is becoming a struggle but think I can pick that back up as warm weather moves back in.
I do pretty well with my food choices although when I indulge in something bad (sugar or fat) I dump....and that is a good thing.
No regrets yet of having RNY.

I used Dr. Thomkins and it took my insurance co. 3 weeks to approve. I have Federal BC/BS.

Thanks! I've lost nearly 120 pounds. I say "nearly" because I'm just weighing in once a week now and the last time I weighed, I was down 118. Hopefully, I'm down a bit more now, but I won't know until Friday.

Thanks sooo much that makes me feel a little better not knowing is such a downer. I have never been a patient person sad to say. LOL Hugs back thanks for the morale boost.

My doctor told me the same thing and I tried it and it helped a little. My girlfriend told me to lay off the Margaritas. Havn't tried that yet....John
