No haven't jumped ship yet. Day 8 of the master cleanse and I still have energy, look and feel well. Monday will be day 10 and I am concerned about the transistion stage but am determined to work into it and not start gaining. This reminds me of the transition post op. I plan to call the nutritionist on Monday for some advice. Menu still the same, sal****er flush in the morning, fresh lemon juice, agave nectar, purified water, cayenne pepper during the day then a cup of smooth move at night. Starting into Day 6 of the Master Cleanse and still sipping along. My energy level is good and overall I have no complaints. Drinking the same thing over and over is boring and noticing how I detect smells of foods around me is amazing. I have survived two dinner engagements and eating lunch daily with friends. I am enjoying watching the scale go down at the same time looking forward to a change in menu. Am I ever happy. Still exercising a little. So as in the previous days my basic menu:
2 tsp sea salt in 1 qt warm water
16 oz btl master cleanse for breakfast
24 oz btl master cleanse for lunch
16 oz btl master cleanse for dinner
8 oz smooth move senna tea before bed
I chew gum in between to keep my mouth going and control bad breath.

My menu consists of
A sal****er flush in the morning followed by one 16 bottle of lemonade cleanse.
Lunch is usually a bottle and half of the cleanse so about 24 ozs.
Dinner is usually a bottle and half of the cleanse, 24 oz.
I have been chewing gum since my daughter said the cleanse made her breath smell bad. It also helps with the desire to chew.
Doing ten minutes on the treadmill and a crunches on the ab lounger. Got a pilates tape but haven't tried it yet.

Drinking one bottle of master cleanse at a time which is 16 oz so that's what I listed on my food intake. I will probably drink about four so it will be my total calories 1,020 and carbs 276.4.

Morning All,
Survived the first day of Lemonade Master Cleanse. All I can say is there is some foul stuff lurking inside me. Looking at the carb intake makes me go but calories are not too low. Never went this route before so we shall see. Hope all of you are doing what you need to do.
