Cardio - worked in garden this morning.
Got a little hungry today. Made a few poor choices but otherwise ok.
Morning - 32 oz coffee w/ creamer
Afternoon - 2 salmon patties, mixed greens salad w/light balsamic dressing, cheese
Pistachio nuts
Night - Guacamole and chips, 32oz powerade zero, 20 oz water, butter toffee peanuts,
pear and bag of pork rinds
I will weigh tomorrow, afraid today. Too much snackin.

My band seems to be working. I have a total of 6cc in a 10cc band. Got blood work done today and BP, Cholesterol, Sugar and the like all are in moderate range. Yeah me. I still have not worked out today but all is not lost, I will.
My menu:
Breakfast:
2 cups of coffee, creamer and 1 pkg sweet n low
1 pkg breakfast on the go (nut and granola mix)
Lunch:
1 small piece of banana bread
1 pear
32 oz powerade zero
Dinner:
1/4 cup of turnip greens
2 tablespoons of corn
1/2 piece corn bread
32 oz powerade zero
1/2 slice tomatoe and 1/4 slice onion.
Fixed me a reasonable sized plate for dinner but the above is all I could eat. My plate really looked pretty but I stopped.
Hope all of you stopped when you should. Take care and prepare for tomorrow.

Went in for a fill on Thursday and now my doctor is jumping dumping his practice in the office close to me invited patients to travel to his other offices. At the onset I was told that I would not see him again unless serious problems, that did hold true. I have not seen the surgeon since the day of surgery. Maybe this change will be a positive one and the new surgeon will take more interest in patients.

I work in a PCP office in this type of position. This doctor I understand has \"disappeared\" but he is somewhere and so is all of his information unless he doesn't\'t mind going to prison when he reappears. If he is somehow affiliated with a hospital contact the hospital medical records department and ask them for who is handling his patients records retrieval since he is no longer practicing. If not contact the medical board in your state advise them your Dr has come up missing with your records and they should have information also. If there is something specific you need for your new PCP at least start getting records from your specialists because those will contain a little bit of the information.
