Hey everyone, now that I know a tummy tuck is all the plastics I will be having, I have stepped up my exercising. All I have here at home is a gazelle and I plan on starting back at the gym next week on the treadmill and that elliptical (sp?) thing if someone will show me how to use it...Adam! For the past 2 days I have used my gazelle 20 mins a day, walked with Allison and then she and I run at night, well I run and she plays. I have made up a "game" that I call race mommy. Allison just needs to be more active and we play like we race across the yard and back several times. What are some things that u know of to do for the inner thighs? I want to start on walking of course, but I want to run... The running around I been doing at night with her is great. I love it. Of course I started my period today so my exercising might not be as helpful this week but I am still going to do it. I am going to make myself workout every day whether I want to or not cause my legs are still jiggly and wiggly. Inner thigh exercise advice would be great! Well, I got to get my kid out of the tub, fix Adams supper for tonight, and then get my bath before the baby gets here that I babysit. Tonight is my last night with him. His mommy is going to day shift next Monday. Of course, they live right across the street so I will still see him. He is a sweetie. Talk to u later Ange

Angela, You may not like Richard Simmons....but he does have a really good tape....its been out on the market for a long time.....I found mine at Kmart years ago even before I had my surgery. I lost from 464 to 352 in about a year doing his tape every day and with diet pills..... It has a resistance cord with it....the tape is called Sweat and Tone....it is about 45 minutes long and that is counting warm up and cool down exercises....I started using it again a couple of weeks ago and I can already tell the difference in how my inner thighs are starting to tone up. My lower back also feels a lot stronger and it doesnt hurt as much as it use to. It doesnt really do much for my sagging arms, but I dont think anything will completely tone all this lose skin up on the arms.....I dont know why the legs and thighs seem to be able to tone up better than the arms.....but even if I could afford it, Im not so sure I want big scars all over me. I know my insurance will not cover anything but a TT, and I will have to fight tooth and nail for that.....the only way it will cover anything else is if I have really bad infections....and I dont have any on my armsand stomach folds.....but thats because I use gold bond talc powder after I shower to cut down on the sweating under all my folds. The only place I have trouble with is around my belly button.....and no matter what I do I cant stop that part from breaking out. But anyway......try the tape for iinner thighs....I think it will help a lot.

Thanks I sure will check it out! My arms aren't bad, there is skin there but not bad so I am just grateful that my insurance will cover the TT even if I have to wait 3 months. I went today to my PCP for my first visit, I go back once a month for 3 months to let him document my belly button rash and hernia and give me something for the rash. Then they will pay for the TT. Oh well, at least they are paying for it. I don't know if u have done this or not, but start now before u try to get approved for a TT showing your PCP your belly button rash and having them document it, that way when u r ready maybe u won't have to wait like me!
