I had a real hard time getting the insurance to pay for the sugery. I then had to have my husband change jobs and get their insurance that had 600 payments. Thank God I did because I got my bill in today it was 211,000 could you imagine if I had self payed.

Holy Cow! I have nver heard of a selp pay being THAT high...or for that matter even what they charge the hospitals.
I had a girlfriend that self paid and her total bill was 18,500.00

I was a self pay and the total bill for my procedure was less than $17,000. I can't believe that your insurance company paid such a high charge without questioning it!
