Please Help

Has anyone or know of anyone that had to have a 6 mth diet history for a revision before Humana would approve? Tracie

Tracie, I had my surgery back in Dec. 2005 and when i was going through the prosses i had to present 5 years of weight history AND a lifetime of weight loss history. Every diet i could think of that i had done. Now i do know that some insurence companies make their clients go through a 6 month weight loss program before they can have surgery. Mine didn't.
