This is an individual Insurance Policy this is exactly what I it says: OTHER EXPENSES NOT COVERED 25. Obesity except for morbid obesity. That looks like to me that it won't cover weight loss surgery unless you are morbidly obese. If you are morbidly obese they will. Is that how you all see it? Thanks so much! I'm trying to find an insurance company that will help with surgery. Melissa

Hi Melissa! Well I think it depends on what your BMI is?If it is 40 or more you shouldn`t have any problem getting approved.I wish you all the best. Take Care, Melissa H.
