Psych eval question

Hi everyone, I have to get a phych eval. I dont know where to go. I can pay the one associated with my surgeon and pay 200$ and not use my insurance. Or I can find one that accepts my insurance. The problem is, I dont know where to find one that does this, plus I dont think my insurance will cover it when they put it through under obesity related because my insurance will pay for anything related to the treatment of obesity. So is there anyway i could get the eval done and the doctor put it under a routine session? I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas.. thanks for listening... Kim
