dr. gellars office :-@ :mad:

hi everyone i hope iam not being uptight or difficult but is anyone having a problems with dr. gellars office??????????.example i had my sleepy. dr. fax a copy of my sleep study results to dr. gellars office.. gellars office says they didnt recieve a good copy in the fax so the ask my sleep dr. to refax it to them .however it had been almost 2 wks and she had not recieved it. she never followed up or contacted me...nothing if i had not called i guess she would still be waiting for the fax. i called my sleep dr. and they faxed it right over. also this past week i called to see if they had recieved the letters from 2 of my dr's that they requested for insurance purposes. well the other woman in the office did not sound to happy that she had to look. when she came back to the phone she said they had recieved them.....however in my mail the next day i recieved one of the letters from my dr. he mailed it to me not them...so how could they have all the letters. i had my morning seminar and first consult on august the 5th 2005. and they still have not done anything except when ive called. is it just me or is this being made more difficult than it has to be? i have medicare a-b and ky medicaid insurrance. i have provided everything they have asked me for as well as me pcp...she is behind me 1000% . i am sorry you guys i just had to vent. thanks for listening
