My fat Legs and Butt!!!

Ok, I am losing good but I am concerned about my rear and my legs. They have always been the biggest parts of me. I have lost 80 pounds since March 24 and I can tell in my face, shoulders and stomach. But my hips and legs still look hug to me. To me my legs are gross. I just want to have knees again. Not gorgeous legs, but legs smaller than they are now. I am so scared I will get to my goal of 150 and still have huge ugly fat legs. I started this journey at 313 and am now at 233. Did any of u have big legs and then lost them? Do u have normal legs now? I know thats a stupid question but this is something that bothers me, lol. Thanks Angela Open RNY 3/24/05 313/233/150???

My problem is actually just the opposite. For some reason, since I gained weight fairly evenly all over, I thought I would lose it the same way. NOT SO! My body decided that it would lose from my lower half first... THEN from the upper half (I hope! LOL). When my upper body was still a 14 my lower body had arrived at a 6 or 8 pants. I could no longer wear skirt suits, if the jacket fit, the skirt fell to the floor! I'm happy to report that now my lower half seems to be staying relatively stable and my upper half is FINALLY going down a bit. I'm now in a 12 top. My legs will never look like a model's legs (how could they?) but I'm satisfied with my results and hopefully by the time I lose that last 11# I'll like everything as a whole even better! Hang in there, have realistic expectations considering all your body has been through and you'll end up being a happy camper when this is all over! Rhonna
