I got a date!!!!!

Last night saw the movie on Gastric bypass and this morning Dr Sonnastine office called and said insurance approved and date set for Oct 17th. I am so excited. My information was mailed to the insurance last on Monday and 8 days later I got the call. Just wanted to pass on my good news.

Congrats! That is wonderful! I pray u have a safe and successful journey! That first week after surgery is hard, its hard adjusting to your new lifestyle, but after u adjust, its just wonderful! good for you Jane!!! You have a great surgeon working with you as well as an incredible staff! I have spent alot of time with Dr. Sonnanstine as an Obesity Help rep..he has been my advisor for the event in Ohio and it looks like we are going to do it again in Lexington next spring. I have spent time with many of his patients the day of surgery, staying with them in the holding area as they prepare to enter the OR, I then go with them and observe as he operates. I am telling you this so that you know from someone first hand that Dr. Sonnanstine is an incredibly gifted surgeon, watching him work is a wonderful experience, I learn something new each time I observe as I have seen 3 types of surgeries..lapband, open RNY and several lap RNY's.
