it's been a year!

Greetings to all..I know it's been a long time since I posted..I've been a busy girl... I've been going back to school for real estate training..and still working at my job of 31 years!!! I've lost 135-140 lbs..not really sure..and it doesn't really matter, cause I feel like a BRAND NEW PERSON!! OOOOh my goodness someone told me the other day that I looked like SUSAN SARANDON!! I almost blushed! heheh This has been a fantastic journey, and I would have never made it as easy without all you guys out there. The Bariatric Support team at Norton's is ONE OF A KIND...the BEST!! Dr Rodriguez is a big ole bear..but he is MY HERO and I feel very very confident in all his abilities and caring. The amount of energy I have is unbelievable..I have changed in so many ways...I've almost got "GIRLIE" OOOOOHH..I put on earrings and make-up and spend more than 2 minutes getting clothes ready in the morning! To all you waiting on the "re-birth" please PRAY. If it is to be, then it will, and if it is not, then try again..for there is something that you need to do in your mindset that you need to prepare for and GOD is watching over you, so that you get this knowledge, and are truely prepared when your time comes. THIS IS A BIG LIFESTYLE CHANGE AND YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED!! BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL..AND I'LL SEE YOU GUYS AT THE SEPTEMEBER 13TH MEETING!!! RENEE RAPIER

Renee, Congradulations You look fabulous. You're just down the road from me, I like in Oldham Cty. I'm still in the research phase of WLS, but hopefully soon will be on the other side (losing). Jesika

Renee does look absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I live in Crestwood also, in KY Acres and I am attending a seminar tomorrow with Dr Shina. I have already went to one seminar last year but my Insurance company BCBS of IL needed 12 months medically supervised attempt at weight lose so I have my 12 months now but we had to change insurance companies to Humana.
