Singing blues
I have two weeks to go and 6 pounds to lose before I go back for a follow up visit with surgeon. Surgeon would like me to be at 220 Pounds when I return. The last six days I have managed not to lose or gain anything, and am feeling a bit frustrated. I am following the guidelines and am walking 1-2 miles on a daily basis. Is there by chance anything else that I can or should do to help shed these 6 pounds? By chance, would my body be at a plateau trying to catch up or what? If someone has been through a situation like this, and has any ideas or suggestions I would be greatly appreciate the suggestions and solutions to help. Thanks very much!
