Anthem Blue Prefered Hmo?

I have Anthem Blue Prefered Hmo of ky and I was wondering if anyone has been approved wiith this and was it hard getting approval. My paperwork was just sent in and I was wondering how long? Dr. Sonnastine office said they can't fax they require a mailed copy. Any infor would be appreciated. Thank you
