The flashing signs

How do you get the flashing signs, like hot, arrows, etc.? I can only find the star. cindy

The HOT is when there is ten or more replies to a post.I believe the green arrows are for OH management.

you are correct, the star is when you post it as urgent..the HOT is 10 or more..the green sticky is a pinned item that can only be done by OH reps..
