Has anyone had luck with BlueGrass Family Health covering WLS

I have been a client of bluegrass family health for many years and after trying Weigh****chers and LA weightloss and multiple other avenues I finally check into WLS. I was told by Surgeons office( after trying to get surgery approved) that BGFH has a contract exclusion in my policy. Is there anyone who has faced this, fought it and won? If so could you please HELP me?

I guess it depends on the type of coverage you have. I have BGFH and hope to get approved in September. I have been trying for a year now.
