We had a guest speaker at our meeting in Cincinnati, Dr. Lisa West-Smith conducted an awesome meeting about how to handle stress, dealing with it without turning to food. Dr. Lisa is a psycho therapist-who deals with eating disorders.. Her office is in N. Ky-and if you are a patient at St. Luke Hospital with Dr. Tom Sonnanstine you will see her before your surgery as she leads preop classes.
