pre-surgery loss

I have been doing the Atkins diet in prep for surgery and have lost 23 lbs first 3 weeks. I was excited but can't wait for surgery!! Patty Evans

congrats on the weight loss Patty..you are preparing yourself for the surgery..I pretty much followed the Low Carb. Atkins way the 1st year of my surgery..I lose 120 lbs in 10 months. good luck Brenda
