Anthem Experience?

Hi, ya'll! I have Anthem, and I am really nervous about not being approved, and would love to hear your experience. I'm worried because of conflicting information I received. Brandi at Dr. Geller's office had said that Anthem would do the approval prior to the psych consult, and had told me that they had everything they needed to submit the request for approval. I waited several days and called Anthem to see if they had received it, and they said that someone had called - a week ago - and had been advised that I needed the psych consult first! Upon learning that, I called the office and now have my psych consult scheduled for Wednesday the 15th. Does anyone know how long it will take once the approval request is submitted?
