Yesterday I went to my nephew's graduation. I was scared because no one back home had seen me in a wheelchair. I was feeling really down and ashamed. But I got the courage to go. It wasn't nothing like I imagined, everyone was so glad to see me, and they all knew about me having surgery, and the hard time I had. It was wonderful, I got to spend the day with my parents. My Brother was surprised on how much I have lost. My husband is the greatest, he was there supporting me all the way. Even through he was tired, he pushed himself so he could be there with me. He gives me strength when I have none. Before I became morbid obese I had alot of confidence and enjoyed being around people. I want that back. I want to be able to walk, I want to be able to take care of my family, and my home. And this is my goal. I just wanted to share this with you. And thank you all for all your encouragement, and to let you know, that it has gave me the strength to push myself. Along my journey I have meet some of the most wonderful people on earth, just through your emails, you have had a great influence on me. thank you for being my friends. Lola

Lola, you are such an inspiration! Don't ever be ashamed of your self, you are a very beautiful person, with so much courage, I know your family was so proud of you, and so amazed to see all of the weight that you have lost in such a short time ! Every time I see a post from you, I can't wait to see how you are doing. Your husband sounds like mine, he says he lives to make my life better ! We both have Angels for husbands! Keep up the great results, and keep getting stronger, soon you will have your life back again! Leatha
