I need some help....

Hello everyone...A few months ago, I seen my PCP about having my surgery. I told him that I had researched Dr. Gellar and Dr. Shina and I would want one of them to be my surgeon. I called Dr. Shinas office and asked a few questions. They sent me a packet and I filled it out. A lot has happened since then, my mother got really sick and I had to put things on hold. Now I dont know what to do next. Do you have to go to a seminar first before you make the consultation with the doctor or is that just recommended? I really want to go to the seminar and see the Doctor both, but I live so far away, I cant make many trips. Basically I am asking where do I go from here? My PCP had a lot of tests done for me, EKG, pulminary function test, sleep study, bloodwork and a full comprehensive physical. I am on medicaid. What do I do now? Get a referral for the surgeon I chose? Call them and set up a consultation? Or go to a seminar first? What is required of me now? I am just kinda lost at the moment and need help back on track. If you have any advice for me, it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time. ~Gina

Gina Hello have you thought of trying Dr Argotte in Paducah he is who doen my a lil over 2 yrs ago now.
