Ouch....
After a restless, pain filled night, I went to the ER today only to find out I have kidney stones. I've always heard they were painful, and guess what? I heard right! I've not passed them yet (I really look forward to that-yeah) but at least I'm out of pain for now. I was worried that maybe something to do with my surgery might have caused them, but the only link the doctor said might be a problem was the amount of calcium in the Tums I was told to take. He said for now I need to cut back on them. I have to see a urologist on Thursday, sooooo wish me luck.

Good afternoon Sheila, happy Monday!
Sorry to hear about your kidney stones. A number have my relatives have had them and I know from their experiences they are a "bear"! You are still in my prayers.
Hope all is going well with your surgery. I can't complain. I finally got the gastric tube out and after a couple weeks it's hole is finally sealed off and healing. A great relief. Weight loss is progressing, am down 64 pound as of last Friday, just 100 to go!
Good luck, Dick Coomes
