hi, I'm finally home. I had to go stay with my mother a week. I still haven't been able to drink or eat. I am on a feeding tube, and am so weak. I have a headache most of the time. I can't wait until I get better. I am so thankful to be alive. And really knew from the start that i would have a hard time. I was so unhealthy and the waiting just made things worse. Dr. Rodriquez is a great surgeon and he saved my life. He told my husband that I wouldn't have lived 4 weeks . My lungs where so bad he had to remove the fluid from them and the bottom of them wasn't working, due to the constriction, from the weight. I am breathing so much better and can even take deep breaths now. I have lost 90 pounds since march 1st. But still can't excercise or walk. Maybe soon I can. I want to thank you for your prayers . My husband is having surgery on april 27th and needs your prayers. He is going to have a colostomy reversed and also has 2 herinias to be removed, he is diabetic, and pray that everything goes well. Pray that i will have the strenght to go with him. Love Lola

Hi Lola Great to see you back!! 90 POUNDS!! That is great girl!! Keep up the good work. A feeding tube is not uncommon. You have been through so much and it is good to see you back on the boards!! Blessings to you & your hubby!!! Tonya

Hey Lola, glad to see you back on the message board! So glad that you are feeling better...and WOW 90 pounds! You are doing great! I know that it has been a long road for you and I hope and pray each day sees you doing better and better. We will continue to pray for you and also for hubby as he undergoes his surgery.
